Estate Solutions LLC specializes in property restoration and general contracting. We restore homes and buildings damaged by water, fire, storm, and mold, and handle the full reconstruction process from initial assessment through final inspection. We also provide residential remodeling services including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, roofing, screened porches, and spray foam insulation.
A significant portion of our work involves insurance-related restoration — we work directly with homeowners' insurance carriers to document damage, produce adjuster-ready Xactimate estimates, and complete the repair so the homeowner does not have to manage multiple contractors or fight over line items alone.
